چکیده
Glycyrrhiza glabra root plant is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry to obtain drugs. However, one of important tasks coal adsorbents with effective use remaining residues. We will have opportunity determine full thermodynamic properties activated carbon adsorbent enriched additional substances from residues licorice and fully adsorption obtained porous using capillary volumetric methods a high-vacuum device high-sensitivity DAK 1-1 calorimetric apparatus. By determining benzene isotherm, differential heat, entropy equilibrium time coal, capacity new adsorbent, location active centers, pore sizes can be described detail.

Application of Glycyrrhiza glabra Root as a Novel Adsorbent in the Removal of Toluene Vapors: Equilibrium, Kinetic, and Thermodynamic Study
The aim of this paper is to investigate the removal of toluene from gaseous solution through Glycyrrhiza glabra root (GGR) as a waste material. The batch adsorption experiments were conducted at various conditions including contact time, adsorbate concentration, humidity, and temperature. The adsorption capacity was increased by raising the sorbent humidity up to 50 percent. The adsorption of t...

متن کاملAgonistic and antagonistic estrogens in licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
The roots of licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) are a rich source of flavonoids, in particular, prenylated flavonoids, such as the isoflavan glabridin and the isoflavene glabrene. Fractionation of an ethyl acetate extract from licorice root by centrifugal partitioning chromatography yielded 51 fractions, which were characterized by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and screened for activity in...
